Dr. Margaret A. Owens, BS, MED, ND
Dr. Owens retired after 31 years in the field of education. Most of those years, she worked with nutrition and people or teachers of those with medical, learning and/or emotional disorders.
During a surgical procedure, Dr. Owens had a near death experience. She had the distinct sense that she must return to this life, "because her work was not completed".
Not knowing what her "work" might be, she proceeded to regain her own health. During this quest for improved health, her asthma and allergies seemed to get continually worse. She had several trips to the emergency room due to anaphylactic shock.
Dr. Owens happened to meet a NAET practitioner at a party and began treatments. The treating doctor encouraged her to get her Naturopathic Physician degree, as he believed she had a talent/intuition for knowing about allergies.
Dr. Owens is a fully certified NAET practitioner.
